Beating the Monday Blues....

Monday or no Monday, 30,000 lovers of Coldplay headed to the Phoenix Park last week for the Irish installment of the Viva La Vida tour.

And what a night by all accounts:

 

Good weather     √

Happy people     √

Big field festival atmosphere   √

Amazing production (multi-coloured paper butterflys and giant yellow balls) √

Great music  √

 

And guess what? According to Chris us Irish blew every other audience away. Who said Mondays had to be blue?

Every Monday I have a bake sale for charity at work. When my co-workers see me walking in with a big tray of brownies the desperate sugar crazed look in their eyes makes my mondays better.
