For an afternoon the other week Fruit Towers Dublin turned into something not unlike a post office as we packed up and posted off 200 mini movie making kits. Each mini movie making kit had a super hero cape, a piece of string, a stick, and we couldn't resist throwing in some randon props either.
Entries to the mini movie competition close on the on April 17th, so that leaves you with just over a week to use your mini movie kit to create a mini movie and be in with a chance of winning €5800 (that's about £5800 by todays conversion rate) and some other great prizes. Whether it's a spectacular masterpiece, or the cheesiest 30 seconds of film ever created, we'd love to see it. Remember, there are smoothie prizes for the best Irish entries posted to our facebook wall.

Dear Innocent Smoothies!
I have just uploaded my entry to the competition. One with no name and about 33 sec long, then read the rules properly - oops! Cut my movie to 30 seconds and resubmited it under name "No honey". Not sure how to delete my first longer entry. Hope I haven't caused too much trouble. When is it going to be up in the gallery together with the rest of the entries? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for making a movie. All the entries get previewed before they are posted to the gallery, just to make sure there is nothing dodgy in there. Your movie should be up soon.
